Dinner



This is the Thai Broccoli Tofu Stir Fry from the Chicago Diner cookbook. The ingredient list is a little too long to include here, but basically you marinate tofu, bake it, mix that in with a broccoli stirfry, and top it with a really yummy peanut sauce.

We usually eat it with rice, but this time we used some Thai rice noodles.
